Client project (no sound yet)

Simulated client test - no music yet from David J Wood on Vimeo.

My research question??

Thinking of doing something on the lines of how to animate a creature to make it scary: that way I can talk about Nosferatu and scaled things like Godzilla/ King Kong, and newer creations with lots of werewolves/vampires stories out at the moment such as the underworld series/ twilight etc. Aliens and cowboys etc.

There is a lot to focus on such as the psychology of the character and the context and such and I could even slip in a little bit of modelling talk in there to help. The bit i am struggling with tonight is how to word the question.

This is the primary field I have decided to go into, such as modelling and rigging characters for film/ TV. this interests me a lot so I thought id learn more about the method and mentality behind it... Can anybody help me word the essay correctly?

New NTU alumni logo

I am pretty sure everybody has done their own version of this logo so here's mine for the end of my short simulated client video. -lets be honest who didn't think of this logo straight away when they heard of the project.. and why not; simplest logos are the best this guy thinks.

These images above are a taster for the short film due soon.. It my adaptation of the classic Frankenstein monster story, which I have interpreted in the steampunk style.. I am pretty happy with the outcome as it is only my second major piece of animation done this year.. and my first using the skin and bones modifier.. please let me know what you all think. Thanks.

See what you think. Below are the slides that complete the story. It is the bug that moves the banana. Will have to re-do the editing when I have sufficient time
